I knew what the were fighting about and slunk off, meeting up with Zora, keeping in stride. "Don't listen to her, Zora. No matter what, i love her. But i love you as well, Zora. She was flirting with King today ... proper flirting. I'm getting worried about her rank as Queen ... i told her at the start she needs to be faithful but now ..."

Zora silenced Dolmio before he could continue, "Listen, Dolmio. You're a dear from to be--but I don't want to stir up any trouble with her. Luna isn't a great at face to face fighting but she can make my life a living hell from afar. I just don't want to ruin your pride. Your cubs need their mother. Talk to her about it, maybe she'll realize how important being faithful is."

"I am having a talk with her tonight. But Zora ... if she does that, hurts you in any way ... she wont be my Queen. I wont have her going around hurting my loved ones and friends because she is a Queen"

Zora smiled and nuzzled her friend, "Thank you, I'll keep my distance from her for a while, give you a chance to work things out. If you ever need me, just meet me here if you'd like." She hugged him and trotted off.
Luna waited for Dolmio to return, as soon as he did she growled, "Time for you and I to have some alone time. Your Queen is quite lonely." She spoke in a love, alluring voice, her eyes heavy with lust.

I trotted off, smiling.
"Oh, your lonely? I wasn't really sure of that when i saw you and King today" I said coldly, brushing past her to lie at the back of the cave. Tulip and Imara were in their own cave a few minutes away.

Luna growled and lowered her head, "My dear, my needs fogged my judgement, I only wanted to be held for a moment. I was weak, without my king's warm embrace and powerful grasp, I had grown desperate. Please--forgive me." Luna lay prostrate before her king and mate. She looked up at him with gleaming eyes, before sticking her rump into the air, "I am your's--all of me." She whispered.

"I told you at the start. He's a lowly cheetah, Luna." I stood up and walked away from her, over to the entrance of our den and stared up at the beautiful sunset. "It cant happen again. Or else ... well, you know what else" I turned to lock eyes with her, serious and emotionless.

Luna lowered herself back on the ground again, "My heart belongs to you, Dolmio." She said, walking quietly next to him. "As I said before it was a moment of weakness, and King is not in my heart. Only you--my king--is in my heart and like these your vast territories, you have claimed it as your own." She tried to keep her voice steady, lowering her head.

Luna remained silent and returned to the furthest wall inside of the den, curling herself up in a tight ball. She laid there, wallowing in self pity.
