"Hi sweets" I purred, although I jumped at her perfect sneak attack skills, "I didn't even know you where there, you are the best sneaker in the world!" She praised and licked the ever so pretty Kalu.

"Oh my gosh, she's adorable!" I shrieked.
"Oh Tanni, oh my gosh, she's so gorgeous" I cooed over Kalu.

I giggled, and batted my mothers head wile she licked my tickle spot. Were you scared? Were ya? I asked in a sweet voice. I smiled when I heard praise from the other tiger.

"Oh yes, your going to rule the world, with your expert sneaking skills!" She praised happily, and gave Kalu a big lick, nocking her over. "But....." She continued, drawing it out slowly, "I've captured you!" Tanni wrapped her paws around Kalu and held her down gently.

I laughed happily, and let out a squeal when she was nocked to the ground. Quickly, she gained her footing, and ran under Lacy for protection, giggling.

"Where did Kalu go?" She said loudly, and got up, turning and walking in a different direction. "Kalu, oh sneaky Kalu!" Her fur swaye in the slight breeze, and she bent down to look closely at the flowers, "hmmm not here!" She said again.

I giggled as mommy looking in the wrong place. I crawled out from under Lacy, and Growled a cub growl, and though myself very scary. When I growled, birds flew out of the bushes, and I jumped up, and snatched one out of the air. I tumbled down, bird in mouth, and shot a grin in Tanni's direction.

Tanni whirled around, her eyes filled with shock. She couldn't believe that her blood, her Kalu had just caught a bird! "Kalu, that was amazing!" I praised, "you are the finest cub ever, I'm so lucky to have you". Big purrs escaped from her throat, she was so proud!

Kalu held the bird in her mouth with pride. Her mother was proud, so obviously catching birds was a good thing. Her tail thumped the ground happily, and she layed the kill on the ground. Standing up, she pushed the bird over to her moms paws with her nose, as a gift.

"Thank you sweety, but you get to have the first bite, you did an amazing catch!" She said gratefully, and pawed it over, poking at the birds round stomach, showing her where to bite the best parts.

Kalu's eyes lit up when she was allowed the first bite. She was directed to the stomach. Kalu licked her lips, and sunk her sharp teeth into the meat. It was a different flavor, not like anything she had tasted before, but good none the less. After eating her fill, she smiled down at the clean bones.

"How did that taste? You were the one who caught that" I praised some more and bent down to polish off the kill, throwing the remains into the pond as they sunk down out of view.

Tanni bent down, and rolled over onto her back, sprawling out and yawning loudly, she watched Kalu with one eye, and traced the clouds with her massive paws.
