I stalked the side of the river, growling into the murky water.
Come out come out wherever you are...
A small crocodile drifted to the surface, floating, watching me.
I snarled and under it ducked. A few minutes later, long angular shapes were darting around under the surface. I growled and the shapes stopped flitting. "Cowards" I spat.

The river was filled with dangerous animals, this I knew. Yet this big, black lion was right at the edge. I heard roaring, and assumed that a alligator or something had surfaced. I lay on a warm stone, not far from where Dolmio was. I considered calling over to him, but decided tht it was better to leave him be. If he wanted to talk, then he could make the first move. The sun was getting warm, and I opened my mouth to pant. Oh how I wished the water wasn't dangerous!

I whipped my head round, mane swinging.
"Korra" I said, dipping my head.
I kept my eyes on the water, watching the shapes drift by.
"One of these days i'll kill them all" I said, ears pricking towards Korra.

It was nice by the river. Even though it was blazing hot, and there was the danger that a croc may come ashore an eat you, it was nice to here the rush of water. Dolmio seemed in grossed in his river watching. I was baking in the sun. I must have called or something, because Dolmio spun around and said something to me. Oh, I'm sure you will. I said back, meaning every word. It would be nice to go in the river for once. I was walking over to him now.

I smiled as she came over and i walked back from the river.
"How's it been going, Korra?" I asked, sitting down a few yards from her.

Dolmio cam over, and asked how I was. Well, I was fine. My cubs were growing up, and I wasn't too sure about how winks and I were doing. "Good, I guess. How are things with you? Your cubs...Tulip, and...Imara! How are they?" I stumbled when it came to names. Hope Dolmio wasn't upset that I almost forgot his cubs names.

"Growing" I laughed heartily.

I laughed along, the sighed. "So are mine."

"How is the new cave?" I asked, frowning a little.

[SORA :D]

I frowned. It wasn't home, just a place to sleep. But if it meant keeping my family safe, then I can manage. "It's--it's nice." Studdered. It was exceedingly kind of Dolmio to let us use the cave, and I didn't want him to think us ungrateful.

I caughed awkwardly, and moved away a little. My tail hung down.
