I lay in the sand,, wondering why I hadn't seen Luna for a few days.
I got up and peered around, nibbling my lips.
I thought of where she might be, my ears pricked for a sound and my nose ready for any scent of my Queen.

Luna's tummy was swollen with ready cubs, she talked slowly to her mate and smiled at him, "Hello my king."

My eyes bulged at the sit of Lunas huge tummy.
I gulped as I puzzled her, eyeing her dangerously.
"You alright?"

Luna tried to smile, but her face was pained, "These cubs could honestly come any moment." She growled.

I swallowed again and grinned.
"Your looking amazing, Luna. My god ... our first cubs!" I laughed and licked her tummy, laying her down affectionatly.

Luna let out a sharp snarl and gasped, "They're coming!" She seethed. Feeling the contractions begin, these cubs were coming and fast.

I gulped and lay Luna gently down.
"I ..." a cub wws beginnig to appear and i gasped and helped as much as i could.

Luna cried out as she forced the first cub out, quickly followed by the second. The third she struggled with greatly and with a loud roar, the final cub came and Luna crumpled onto the ground, her head spinning with pain.

I cradled the 2 wriggling cubs in my paws, noting the only male was dead.
"Wonderful" I grinned, licking Luna.

Luna looked at her dead son, frowning. She buried the cub quickly, by the den and then attended to the living. She cleaned her cubs, licking her mate lovingly.

I smiled, staring at my gorgeous family.
"Tulip" I pointed at the white cub, yawning after her big day.

Luna nodded, "A great name. What shall be name our little golden daughter? Gold and White gold. Our little girls." She said, snuggling over them.
