Luna walked up to her mate and placed her head underneath his chin, "And ever will see if I can help it." She said with a smile, tapping him gently on the nose with her tail as she walked around and behind him.

Zora was laying by a small stream, her body hidden underneath the shade of a large bolder and surrounded by river reeds, her tail lazily swatting at fireflies in the cool summer night. A storm passing over darkly, but silently.

Zora looked over her shoulder, her blue eyes glinting gray in the moonlight. "Hmm?" she asked. "You know if you wanted to sneak up me you failed terribly." She teased, not in the mood to entertain.
Luna just growled.

Zora sat silent her eyes darting between Dolmio and Luna, "So did you come to watch the river or..?" She wasn't in a very good mood, the zebra she had been hiding was stolen by some hyenas and she was tired from all the drama from that day.

Zora's eyes narrowed to tiny slits, "What do you mean?" she asked, sitting up some more, "Even though what?"
Luna shot a look at Dolmio, unwilling to let Zora into the pride. "Honestly Dolmio, let's let the tired lioness rest."

Zora slowly rose, her body shaking with anger and her eyes cold as stone. She did not speak, only turn and quickly slip away into the night, her body melting into the shadows.

"You lied to me!" I gasped and spun towards Luna, anger and hurt showing my eyes.

Luna let out a startled cry and fell flat on her back, her paws up in the air, "I-I didn't lie to you, I said it was a rumor, remember?" fear showing in her voice and eyes.
