Ronin didn't hear her last remark, he didn't need too. He was all set and only neede a plan. With a growling rumble, he laid down and scoured the earth with his claws.

Ronin darted easily up a tree, climbing into the cooled branches, the shade making him virtually invisible against the dark. He closed his eyes, and enjoyed the feeling of the rough bark.
